STATE DEPARTMENT. A rubbery sludge of stupid bureaucrats with far too low level of qualification . It is of course the Foreign ministry referred. Current chief , Foreign Minister Carl Bildt is a good example, who can directly be connected with everything related to incompetence. His Hector-style and arrogance has made him a lame celebrity in the world. Of course, himself believes the fame is due to other factors such as talent and the great job he believes he done. Luckly, he is completely alone about these thoughts. At least in Sweden. A small dog, with a big dog attitude is a superb description of Carl Bildt. He traveling around in the world and invite himself into meetings where he is totally redundant. It´s easy to figure out that other leaders perceived him as a burden in many of those contexts. For the citizens of Sweden it´s embarrassing when the jerk Bildt playing a role of a big leader he isn´t.
Among other things, Foreign ministry has deficiencies in following.
- dysfunctional intelligence
- weak analytical capacity
- uncertain legal handling of Consular Affairs and Immigrant Affairs
- uneven support to other departments
- sporadically effective trade promotion
- problems in the governance of agencies, notably Sida
Bildt should long time ago taken the decision to leave the political arena with the honor intact. Nobody will remember anything good Bildt is the father of, just bad and stupid things.
Among other things his also suspect for human rights/war crimes in South Sudan, related to Lundin Oil.
